This handcrafted PBR material brings together meticulously scanned concrete and photoreal mosaic details, blending organic tile shapes, authentic grout patterns, and real-world surface variation.

Designed from scratch in Photoshop and refined through a dedicated workflow, each map leverages direct scan data, manual cleanup, and layered height sculpting to deliver exceptional realism for both close-ups and large-scale environments.

The process was simple but long and complex at the same time. First scanning each mosaic in its native resolution, tiling them together in a large enough resolution to avoid compression then taking it though the pipeline.
